  For me it is a big scam. First they do not have clear information on their page about the luggage of hands and only allow 6 kilos. when you arrived ti the airport, you feel cheated. your flights are neither comfortable not have good hours and their staff are very rude,and they ask you to pay more money,and you make the costumers feel like stolen.
